Q: Who are you?

A: We are located in Ningbo city, China, and StoreHuz.com is our online store website. We sell and supply natural jewelry, leather bags, Chinese brushes, carved wood panels, and other handcrafts. Q: Are the images shown on the site the same as real objects?

A: We took all the pictures one by one, based on real objects. Real objects are almost all handmade or natural. 100% of the same is quite impossible. The images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only. Every effort has been made to ensure that they reflect the integrity of the actual product. However, depending on the gadget you use and its screen, the actual item may be slightly different from the one being shown.

Q: What is your handling time from ordering to shipment?

A: Generally speaking, we need around 2-4 working days, but it sometimes takes longer if there is a weekend or holiday. And it takes around 5 to 7 days for the delivery of the product.

Q: How long will it take to receive my item?

A: Generally speaking, it takes around 2–4 weeks from shipment to delivery. If you use expedited shipping methods such as DHL, UPS, EMS, or TNT, delivery time will be around one week. You can decide to use shipping carriers.

Q: How do I make a purchase from your online store?

A: Each product has an Add to Cart button. You just click and add it to the shopping cart, then fill out some necessary order information. Then submit the order. The purchase is done.

Q: Do I have the option to cancel my order?

A: Yes, you do have the option of canceling. You can go to the cancellation tab on the same page from where you ordered and click on “cancel. But it is impossible for you to cancel the order after shipment. So please cancel the order before shipment.

Q: Can I track my package once it has shipped?

A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment email that contains the tracking number and official tracking site for your package. But it may take up to 24 hours after you receive this email.

Q: I’ve input wrong shipping address; what should I do?

A: Please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the necessary adjustments, but we will assure you that we will do our very best to make sure your items reach the correct doorstep!

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: Yes, for a fee. Just make sure you select next day,” “two-day air,” or “three-day air” at the time of your checkout. Note that we are closed on weekends and major holidays. So, if you place an order on Saturday, it will not ship until Monday.

Q: Can I change my order?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot modify an order once it has been placed on our website. However, you may cancel the order if it has not been shipped out and place a new order. Please contact our customer service, and they will help you.

Q: What is your warranty on the product?

A: 100% satisfaction guarantee. 7-day money-back promise in case you don’t like or got a damaged product, but it should be unused and new. If you do not receive your order, I will issue a full refund.

Q: How long does it take for my refund to my account?

A: After we have received your returned item, it may take 1-2 days to be processed through our returns department. Once your item is new or unused, we will issue a refund to your account. It will take 24 hours for the amount to reflect in your paid account.

Q: What is the return policy?

A: Each purchase with us is an investment. If you receive your order and believe it is not the right fit, then you have 7 days from the time of receiving it to send it back. Returns and exchanges are also acceptable.

Q: Why duty charges?

A: Every government has its own rules, and the government charges these taxes during the export or import of goods and services to raise money and/or shield domestic establishments from competitors from other countries. And due to tax, duty, and import fees, if any customers from the USA, Germany, UK, or Canada return goods or don’t accept delivery, then we can’t refund your money. You are only responsible for these charges.
