What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened items in original packaging and in resellable condition. Opened or used items may not be returned for a refund, but we will work with you to resolve any issues or replace a defective item.

What items are returnable?

Any unopened and unused item in its original packaging can be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We cannot accept returns on opened or used items due to hygiene and health reasons. Exceptions may be made for items that are defective or not functioning properly – we will evaluate those on a case-by-case basis.

How do I return an item?

To return an eligible item, please contact us or call 0086-15967837260 or 0086-13968247379. We will need some details from you to process the return:

  • Your name, order number, and reason for return. Please specify if the item is unopened or defective.
  • The item(s) you wish to return including quantity and product name or number.
  • Your preferred refund method – we can issue a refund to your original payment method or provide an online store credit.
  • If the item is defective, please include a photo or video if possible to help us evaluate the issue.

Once we have the required details, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form with a shipping label to return the item(s). Please securely pack the item, include the RMA form, and drop off the return at any USPS location. We recommend insuring the return package in case it gets lost or damaged in transit.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If items are good quality customers will be responsible for return shipping. If the items are imperfect or quality issues we will be responsible for return shipping cost.

When will I receive my refund?

If returning unopened and unused items eligible for a full refund,  we will issue your refund within 7 business days of receiving the return at our warehouse and inspecting the contents. Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used to place the order. If a store credit was issued, those funds will be available immediately in your online account to use for a future purchase. Refund timeframes may vary for defective item returns based on the evaluation process.
