What is your refund policy?

We offer refunds for items that are unusable, defective or not as advertised. Unopened items in original packaging returned within 30 days will receive a full refund. Refunds for opened or used items on a case-by-case basis. Items that are not eligible for return will not receive a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if there are any issues with your order.

What items are refundable?

The following conditions may qualify for a full or partial refund:

•Unopened items in original packaging returned within 30 days of delivery. These will receive a full refund using the original payment method.

•Items that are defective, damaged or not functioning properly upon arrival. We will test or inspect the item to verify the issue. If defective, a full refund will be provided using the original payment method. We may replace the item if a suitable replacement is available.

•Items that differ from advertised specifications or features. We make every effort to accurately represent products and services, but mistakes can happen. Items not as advertised will receive a full refund.

•Missing or wrongly delivered items. We will issue a full refund for any missing or mistakenly delivered items.

•Used or opened items may be eligible for partial refund depending on condition and reasons for return. We will evaluate such returns on a case-by-case basis. Items that cannot be resold will not receive a refund.

Items not eligible for return or refund include:

•Items used beyond evaluating whether they suit your purposes.

•Returned without original packaging, parts or accessories.

•Services or custom printed/personalized items.

•Consumables like health supplements or perishable goods.

•Defects or damage caused by improper use, wear and tear or negligence.

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, please contact us or call 0086-15967837260 or 0086-13968247379 within 30 days of delivery.  Be ready to provide the following information:

•Your name, order number and reason for requesting a refund. Specify if the item is unopened, defective or not as advertised.

•The item(s) you wish to return including quantity and product name or number.

•Photos or video if the item is defective or not as advertised. This helps us evaluate your claim.

Once we have gathered the necessary details, a customer service representative will determine if the item qualifies for a refund based on our policy. If approved, we will email you instructions on how to return the item to us for inspection and processing of your refund. Refunds may take up to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. We aim to resolve all refund requests as promptly and fairly as possible.
